New Songs Celebrate Libraries and Our Right to Read

Every kid ought to have access to the books and information they need to navigate their lives, learn about themselves, and live up to their full potential. It’s especially important for marginalized groups like LGBTQ kids, who have been targeted by recent rounds of book banning. 

The American Library Association’s Right to Read Day kicks off National Library Week with a day for activism around this issue. I’ve done my little part as a songwriter, contributing two new songs, “Right to Read" b/w “Libraries Rock.” I hope you can use my songs to help spread the word and celebrate everybody’s right to read.
